A limestone cave system with a self-guided route through the Big Room, reached by the natural entrance trail or a lift. Timed entry reservations are required.

What happened here

The cavern chambers stand in for the passage down through the Earth's crust. The formations on screen are the ones the Big Room trail still passes.

Trivia

The park was one of the few places a 1959 production could film a cave interior at that scale without building it.
